When a Mac stops working, the files inside – photo libraries, client projects, accounts, music – are often the most valuable part of it. Data Doctor has recovered data from Apple computers for more than 20 years. Our engineers work on every generation, from removable hard drives in older MacBooks to the encrypted, soldered storage in T2 and Apple silicon Macs, all in-house at our lab near London Bridge.
Start by finding your Mac above: each model page lists its part numbers, how its storage works and exactly how we recover it.
Select your Mac to see models, part numbers, common faults and how we recover it.

The initial consultation is free. Deleted files start at £99 + VAT, SSD repairs cost £450 to £650 + VAT, and logic board repairs are quoted after diagnosis.
