How we recover a WD drive

Yes. We repair or bypass the USB board and decrypt the data using the drive’s own encryption key.
Can I take the drive out of my WD external case?
It won’t help on most My Passport and My Book models, because the data is encrypted by the case’s circuit board. Leave it assembled and ask us first.
