Express Data Recovery Booking

Express service: your job goes to the front of the queue, about 1 to 3 working days. We confirm the express price with you before the main work starts.

In short: we look at your device and tell you what we can recover and the price before the main work starts. A non-refundable starting fee of £150 + VAT is paid before work begins (or £79 + VAT if you cancel). It is payable even if the data can't be recovered.

Logical data recovery: from £295 + VAT minimum charge, plus the type of service required.
Standard logical data recovery (3 to 7 days): £150 + VAT.
Physical data recovery: from £450 + VAT (excluding RAID hard drives). If a donor drive is required, it will be charged accordingly.
A non-refundable initial fee is required at the start of the data recovery, depending on the type of service chosen: £150 + VAT, or a £79 + VAT cancellation fee for withdrawal, or the full amount if the job has been done. This fee is payable even if the data is unrecoverable.
If you want your original drives back, please include £20 + VAT for shipping.
The initial fees of £150 + VAT or £79 + VAT have to be paid in advance of the work commencing and are not refundable. Whichever data is recovered has to be paid for.
You agree that Data Retrieval Ltd is not responsible for any business, personal or data loss during the data recovery procedure, any items left more than 30 days after confirming the result, or any recovered data more than 7 days after picking it up (or receiving it). 2% interest on the total amount agreed and a £20 + VAT storage fee per month will be added for unpaid jobs.
